Becoming a Member of US Lacrosse US Lacrosse offers three membership levels: Youth ($25) • High School ($35) • Adult ($50) Don't know which category to join? US Lacrosse offers a simplified membership structure that allows you to choose all categories of participation at no additional fee. After selecting the appropriate age level, you have the option to select the category that fits you best: player, coach, official or fan. Join online or download an application (pdf). • Youth — $25 For members under the age of 15 but not in high school. Youth members receive six issues of Lacrosse Magazine. • High School — $35 For members 18 and younger who are in high school. High school members receive 12 issues of Lacrosse Magazine. • Adult — $50 For members 18 and over who are out of high school. Adult members receive 12 issues of Lacrosse Magazine. Please note that all participation categories receive insurance, except for Fan membership and International members.
